Processing Time

Once you place an order with us, please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be processed and readied for shipping.

International Shipping

We currently focus on shipping within the United States only.

We entrust your parcels to UPS for safe and reliable delivery.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, at no penalty. Please send an email to our support team with the subject line "CANCEL" if you wish to cancel your order.

Incorrect Address

If you enter an incorrect address, you may correct it by replying to your order confirmation email within 24 hours. Be sure to notify us immediately via email.

Damaged Items

Although rare (1 in 1000 items), if your purchased item arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, reach out to us with:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product.

We’ll be glad to resend another item free of charge.

Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will dispatch what’s available immediately, and the rest as soon as they are in stock.

Order Cancellation Process

To cancel an order:

  2. Use the subject line "CANCEL – Order #[Your Order Number]".
  3. Include your full name and the email address associated with the order.
  4. Await our email to confirm cancellation.

Note: Cancellation is not feasible after 24 hours or if the order has already shipped.

Return Policy

For shipped orders:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with tags intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to our error.
  • Refunds processed post-inspection; allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect.
